VISION

The Phil Little Sustainable Design Foundation's vision offers a feasible alternative pathway to the future which addresses the interconnected ecological, social and economic crises confronting humanity.

PLSDF aims to build a bridge from this current state
of disharmony to an ecologically sustainable civilization which is socially 'just' by pioneering effective
technology that can be applied immediately by the building industry

PLSDF is on the Register of Environmental Organisations maintained by the Federal Department
of Environment at ww.environment.gov.au.

By demonstrating such technology and the ensuing principals are capable of reducing the consumption of our finite global resources the PLSDF vision is illuminated. "We can live big lives, leaving little footprints by shifting from traditional methods of planning to sustainable methods of living". A catalyst for change, PLSDF believes in showcasing applied technology and leading design methods to empower industry, business and community to meet required building guidelines to manage climate change.

POLICY
The Phil Little Sustainable Design Foundation is on the Register of Environmental Organisations maintained by the federal Department of Environment at www.environment.gov.au/about/tax/reo

“The Register is a list of environmental organisations eligible to receive tax deductible donations. It was established under item 6.1.1 subsection 30-55(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (the Act). The Act requires that the Environment Department maintains the Register, and to add or remove environmental organisations and their public funds by direction of the Environment Minister and the Treasurer.

Donations to the public funds of these organisations are tax deductible from the date of their entry onto the Register.

All environmental organisations with tax deductibility status are required by the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 to provide the Department with statistical data for each financial year by 31 October of that year.”

The PLSDF is acutely aware of the impact of our actions on the planet; we take responsibility for these actions and are transparent in our processes. To have a vision for our future it is acknowledged that we must decrease our negative impact on the earth whilst seeking ways to reduce damage to the planet.
The Phil Little Design Foundation incorporates a team of like-minded people bound by a strong sense of respect for ecological and social needs. Led by Phil Little, the quest is fueled in part by an intergenerational responsibility to ensure the right tools are in the right hands as the next generation takes their place in the driver’s seat. This foundation is focused on assisting the global community to reduce our ecological footprint by sharing its visionary insight and delivering smart sustainable lifestyle solutions fit for integration into 21st century lives
